Folksy Friday - Statement Earrings
After recently branching out and launching my shop over at Folksy I've found a lovely and vibrant welcoming community full of extremely talented makers, and as most creative folk will know if you predominantly work from home sometimes that sense of community can be difficult to find amongst the admin, making and occasionally staring into space waiting for the next dose of inspiration to strike. Part of the Folksy set up is a forum where makers can get together show their latest creations and give each other a good old fashion pep talk with rousing cheers of support and plenty of virtual cake. A rather delightful extension of this is the weekly #folksyfriday challenge to pick a theme and share wonderful pieces available from lots of lovely makers and when it comes to celebrating creativity you don't need to ask me twice!
Now much like I imagine a good few number of you I do love a good statement earring, my lobes like nothing better than a good dose of vibrant color in lots of glorious shapes and sizes, so this is where my inspiration has taken me for this weeks 'Folksy Friday' adventures. So lets give you those precious item links so you can start exploring for yourselves (this really is just a small selection of what can be found in the depths of Folksy).
